Better ways of working, not just advice
Many businesses run on a mix of software, spreadsheets and habits that grew over time. Each part made sense when it was added, but together they cost more than they should. Staff re-type data, chase approvals by email and pay for software licences nobody uses.
We start by understanding how the work really happens. We sit with the people who do it, map the steps and find where time and money are lost. Then we recommend practical fixes: automating repeat tasks with tools such as n8n or Node-RED, connecting systems so data flows between them, using AI where it saves real time, and cutting software and cloud costs you don't need.
Because our team also builds software, runs cloud systems and works with data, we can make the changes as well as recommend them. You get a clear plan either way, so you can choose to do the work yourself, with another supplier or with us.

Included
What's included
Process review: we map how work gets done today and find where time and money are lost
Automation: removing repeat manual tasks, such as copying data between systems or chasing approvals
AI adoption: where AI can help your team, how to use it safely, and where it isn't worth it
IT cost review: software licences, cloud bills and hosting, and where you can spend less
Systems advice: choosing the right software and getting your systems to share data
Technology plan: a clear, prioritised plan you can act on, with or without us
Hands-on delivery: our team can build what we recommend, so the advice doesn't just sit in a report
Skills and tools we bring
Is it right for you?
A good fit if
- Your team spends hours each week on repetitive manual tasks
- Your systems don't talk to each other, so data is typed in more than once
- Your software and cloud bills have grown and you're not sure what you're paying for
- You want to use AI but don't know where to start
Maybe not if
- You already know exactly what you need built. You can go straight to a quote
- You want a long report rather than changes. We focus on practical steps you can act on
- You can't give us time with the people who do the work. We need their input to get it right
Process
How we work
Talk
We listen first. A short call to understand what you need and what success looks like.
Plan
We agree scope, timeline and cost in writing before work starts.
Build
We build in stages and show you progress along the way.
Support
After launch we stay available for fixes, updates and improvements.
What does an IT consultant actually do?
We look at how your business uses technology day to day, find what is slowing you down or costing too much, and recommend practical fixes. If you want, we then help make the changes.
Where do you start?
With a conversation and, usually, a short review. We sit with the people who do the work, map how things really happen and agree what to look at first.
Can you help us use AI?
Yes. We help you find tasks where AI saves real time, choose tools that fit and set sensible rules for data and privacy. If AI isn't the right answer, we'll say so. See AI Solutions for more.
Which processes can be automated?
Anything repetitive and rule-based is a good candidate: re-typing data between systems, sending reminders, building reports, moving files or routing approvals. We use tools like n8n and Node-RED, or custom code where they don't fit.
Will this actually save us money?
That is the aim, but we won't promise numbers before we've looked. A review shows where the savings are, what a change would cost and how long it would take to pay for itself, so you can decide.
Do we have to use you to make the changes?
No. You get a clear plan you can hand to your own team or another supplier. If you would like us to do the work, we can quote for it.
