AI that is useful, not just new
AI tools can save real time: drafting text, summarising documents and helping developers write and test code. They can also be costly, confidently wrong, or risky with private data. What matters is knowing which tasks suit AI and putting the right checks around it.
We help in three ways. First, a readiness review to find the tasks where AI is worth it, and the ones where it isn't. Second, on-premise AI hosting: running AI models on your own hardware, so sensitive data stays inside your network. Third, agentic coding: using AI agents to speed up software work, with a developer reviewing every change.
We also add AI features to business applications, such as search that understands plain-English questions or tools that sort and summarise incoming documents. People and automated tests check the results, so you can rely on what the AI produces.

Included
What's included
Agentic coding: AI agents that help write, test and review code, with a developer checking the work
On-premise AI model hosting: running AI models on your own servers
AI readiness review: where AI can help and where it can't
AI in your applications: features such as plain-English search, document summaries and sorting incoming requests
Model and hardware sizing: help choosing an AI model and the hardware to run it
Technologies
Is it right for you?
A good fit if
- Your team spends hours on repetitive reading, writing or sorting tasks
- You want to use AI but your data can't go to a public AI service
- You have a software backlog and want your developers to get through it faster
- You want an honest view of where AI would help before you spend money
Maybe not if
- The task needs answers that are right every time, with no person checking them
- You want AI for its own sake, without a task it should help with
- Your data is spread over many systems and not yet organised. That usually needs fixing first
Process
How we work
Talk
We listen first. A short call to understand what you need and what success looks like.
Plan
We agree scope, timeline and cost in writing before work starts.
Build
We build in stages and show you progress along the way.
Support
After launch we stay available for fixes, updates and improvements.
What is agentic coding?
A way of building software where an AI agent plans and carries out coding tasks, such as writing and testing code, while a developer reviews the results.
Why host AI on our own servers?
Some businesses need their data to stay inside their own network for privacy, contract or legal reasons. Hosting a model on-premise is one way to do that.
Do we need special hardware?
Often, yes. What you need depends on the model you choose. We help you size it.
Is AI right for my business?
Not always. We'll tell you honestly if it isn't.
Is it safe to put our data into AI tools?
It depends on the tool and its terms. Some services may use what you send to train their models unless you are on a business plan or turn it off. We check the terms with you, and where data must not leave your network, we can host the model on your own servers.
Will AI replace our staff?
That isn't our aim. AI works best taking repetitive work off people, so they can spend their time on the parts that need judgement. A person should still check anything that matters.
How do we get started?
With a short conversation about the tasks you have in mind. We then suggest whether AI fits, which approach suits and what a small first step would cost, so you can try it before committing more.
